1 Update on meeting between Staffs County Council Officers & Cllr Thompson via zoom 16th Sept.

Full notes attached.

Cllr Jones stated that the evidence is clearly stacking up that there is no pre-school requirement to be considered and that the Council should move on to look at developing the Village Hall site. Cllr Nicholls was of the same opinion.

It was agreed to take the resolution forward to Full Council on October 13th.

2 It was agreed that a meeting should be arranged with Mr Doug Morrison, as Chair of SY&CC, to brief him on the working parties findings to date and any resolutions from the Full Council meeting. Clerk to arrange.

3 Cllrs Thompson, Beilby & Nicholls will do a site visit of the Village Hall on Saturday 26th Sept.

4 Full details of work so far & next steps to be included in the next Parish newsletter for circulation at the end of October.

5 Cllr Thompson requested a portfolio of all Council assets to identify development areas so that overall responsibilities and use of resources are clear.

6 Next meeting Weds 30th Sept 4.00pm via Zoom.
