5 To accept and confirm minutes of the last Neighbourhood Planning & Property Committee Meeting June 5th, 2023.
Duly confirmed & signed.
6 Planning applications- update including outstanding applications and objections.

Waiting to hear re Raikes Lane, Haddon House & Eastridge Croft objections.
7 Neighbourhood Plan reviews: –
a) Draft terms of Reference for Steering Groups.
RECOMMENDATION: The draft terms of reference was unanimously approved for Council.
b) Programmes of work for Little Aston & Shenstone c) Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan funding. Programmes of work for Shenstone & Little Aston with the deadline of 31st March were shared.
C) Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan funding to be discussed at Full Council.
8 Malkins Coppice Maintenance: update on meeting with South Staffs Water 26th Oct.
Cllr Jones reported on a very positive meeting with South Staffs Water who are consulting their legal department re permissive footpaths. SSW hope this is a way back into Council fully taking on the lease again. If approved, Cllr Fisher said this work should form part of the Shenstone Neighbourhood Plan.
9 Lammas Land boundary adjustment legal action update.
A meeting is scheduled for Nov 7th with Pickering’s . Advice & estimate of costs/likelihood of success if action proceeds to be obtained.
10 Shenstone Playing Fields: consultation on new play proposals & relationship with Country Club.
A formal Council response to the consultation needs to be considered and drafted.
11 Shenstone & Stonnall Heat Alternative heat feasibility study: HNDU bid draft.
Cllr Thompson meeting South Staffs Water on Nov 7th to finish the grant bid.
12 Shenstone Lower Lawn Cemetery: Consideration of quote to remove soil bunker area £1450.00.
RECOMMENDATION: Unanimously approved.
13 Shenstone Lower Lawn Cemetery: consideration of quotes received to remove trees damaging perimeter wall: £1344.00.
Awaiting further quote.
14 Richard Cooper Room: update on works.
Clerk charged with setting up a meeting to discuss progress.
15 Millenium Clock repairs.
Scheduled for mid November
16 Consideration of seat base Footherley Rd, Holly Hill Rd, Richard Cooper Rd grass triangle.
A site visit will be arranged to assess.
17 Dropped kerb request: Shenstone.
A site visit will be arranged to assess with Highways.
18 Lighting column Shenstone Playing Field .
Cllr Salter to investigate further.

Litle Aston Christmas tree lights tested & fully operational.
