You are cordially invited to attend a virtual meeting of Full Council to be held remotely on Tuesday 8th September 2020 at 7.15pm. This meeting will be held under regulations made in the Coronavirus Act 2020 Residents wishing to participate should contact the Parish Clerk at admin@shenstone-staffs.gov.uk no later than Monday Sept 7th for ZOOM US joining instructions.

  3. Declarations of interest. Members should consider whether they should partake in any discussion or vote on matters on the agenda unless they have a dispensation.
  4. To accept and confirm minutes of the last Full Council meeting on Tuesday 14th July 2020.
  5. Clerk’s update on outstanding issues from last meeting.
  6. To receive reports from District and County Councillors
  7. Review and adopt risk assessment
  8. Review and adopt financial regulations
  9. Review and adoption of Code of Conduct policy following LGA revision.
  10. Finance:
    Current financial position as at 8th Sept 2020. Transactions for approval to date.
  1. Approve planning applications received in last month and update on any objections/ developments
  2. Update from Stonnall Youth & Community Centre Working Group. Feedback from virtual meeting on 3 rd Sept 2020.
  3. Lengthsmen Report
  4. Stonnall Community Flood Resilience Scheme — update
  5. Playground updates following re-opening
  6. Shenstone Traffic Order for parking around Shenstone Station- update
  7. Progress on traffic measures ASI 27 & Cartersfield Lane
  8. Consideration of €500 grant request for the renovation of adopted phone box in Burnett Road, Streetly.
  9. Consideration of a grant request of E 750.00 to participate in road safety week and purchase road safety banners for all three Wards.
  10. Doctors Lane- update on communications with BT re unadopted road problems.
