On 10 September 2025, Cllr Farrell agreed to make the neighbourhood plan. This will now form a part of the Development Plan for Lichfield and will be used when determining planning applications in the relevant areas. The made Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed the LDC website here: https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/neighbourhood-plans/shenstone-neighbourhood-plan/1.

In line with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations we have published a Decision Statement alongside the made Neighbourhood Plan. You will find the Neighbourhood Plan and the Decision Statement attached.
