On 10 September 2025<\/strong>, Cllr Farrell agreed to make the neighbourhood plan<\/a>.<\/strong> This will now form a part of the Development Plan for Lichfield and will be used when determining planning applications in the relevant areas. The made Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed the LDC website here: https:\/\/www.lichfielddc.gov.uk\/neighbourhood-plans\/shenstone-neighbourhood-plan\/1<\/a><\/strong>.
\nPlease note that this may take a few days to be updated. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Plan document can also be viewed on the parish Website here.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In line with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations we have published a Decision Statement<\/span><\/strong><\/a> alongside the made Neighbourhood Plan. You will find the Neighbourhood Plan and the Decision Statement attached.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the working group on all their hard work and dedication in reviewing the Neighbourhood Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n
