In two recent reports on Friday (7 October), two women, claiming to be from the local council, have tricked their way into homes by asking to use the bathroom. Once inside, one of them distracts the victim, whilst the other searches for valuables to take.
Both women are described as white, in their 20s, and Eastern European. They also used a clip board/note pad as props.
In one of the two recent reports, a man in his 80s, reported two gold watches and two gold rings as stolen.
