16.05.16 – LDC have now issued the Neighbourhood Plan Decision statement for both Stonnall and Little Aston. Here is the link to the combined document – N.P.Decision Statement

The Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan Referendum took place on Thursday 25th February with the following result:-

Votes in favour of accepting the Plan – 350 (92% of the vote)

Votes against – 24 (6% of the vote)

Spoiled  votes 4

Total Poll – 379  (29.6% of residents)

David Smith, the Staffordshire Councy Councillor said

Can I thank you all for the part you played in producing an outstanding result,  we now have a base line to work to and to make our community something special. Today is the time we can stand back and be proud.”
